Bidrage med feedbackThis is the kind of place that you should go out of your way to eat at. Great Texas BBQ and no frills. The ambiance is sitting outdoors under a shade tree, while the oak smolders under the meet. Get there early in the day, once they've sold out of a cut of meet, that's it till tomofrow.
Best brisket and bbq sauce in Georgetown! It?s a little pricy but well worth it! The service was great and very friendly. I took over 7lbs of meat to a really good costumer to thank them for their business. They all loved it! Eleven people killed every last drop! If you want to be a hero to the people you are buying lunch for....I highly recommend using these guys! Just make sure you take extra because you never want to be the person that doesn?t bring enough!
Lately I have been traveling way out of my way to find satisfying brisket. I tend to avoid the spots in downtown Austin since I refuse to wait in line for over 2 hours for barbecue (or any food). I live in Round Rock and usually end up in Lockhart, Buda or Marble Falls trying to find the best spot. Little did I know John Mueller has a barbecue trailer in my backyard, Georgetown! I grabbed a brisket sandwich while I was there and was more than satisfied. It was moist, tender had crispy burnt ends and a light smoke flavor the sauce was a peppery red which was good but not really my style, I'm more of a fan of yellow sauce. With that being saidsaid thrilled to have found a place this close to me with this quality.
Deliciousness! Very friendly staff. Brisket does not need any condiments added. Sandwiches are huge and meat with every bite. Great set up. Will definitely be back!!
Can not beef the atmosphere....Bbq is smoked and then sold out of a trailer. You will eat on picnic tables under a huge canopy of trees. Damn good beef ribs and pork ribs. They had a cooler of free Lonestar beer when we visited. Yes, Sir....this is Texas!
