Wetherspoons' Metro Centre Gateshead

Decent, obspoons fair. we haven't waited long. eating was hot and the atmosphere was just beautiful. no pressure after eating.

Really couldn't blame anything about the service here. it is a wetherspoons at the end of the day so they get what they pay. during our visit we ordered the food via the app, and it came to **** hot about 10 minutes later. it tasted great, and the drinks were also good. not complaining of us.

Duty manager at 20:45 on 12/10/2022 and the team were really professional and showed great customer service. we had a really good eating experience. the atmosphere was alive and the toilets were clean. what else you need when you get out. will often be back.

Had a really good night here. There was one bar maid, around 5ft with dark hair, that really deserves a mention. She looked after us amazingly well and helped our night go off without a hitch. Only 4 stars simply because they are a very busy Wetherspoons and appear to sell out of things on a regular basis. Great place otherwise

This was my first time in this very, very busy establishment and would go again, if shopping in the Metro. The girl who served our food, was very polite and thank-you for the extra chips, you didn't have to and was a very nice gesture. The layout of the pub was a refreshing change, with little booths and two floors of seating.
