Bidrage med feedbackWe used to be regular customers at this restaurant, but due to COVID-19 and loss of income, we hadn't been able to order Chinese food for 9 weeks. We were excited to finally have our favorite Chinese dishes again. However, when we placed our order, we had to wait for a long time and were told that it was delayed. After 45 minutes and another call, we were still being told it was delayed. Despite being regular customers, we were told they were very busy. We decided not to bother and will be looking for a new favorite restaurant once things settle down. It seems like they may have been overwhelmed with too many orders, and there have been complaints that the food is reheated. We may have had a lucky escape. We will be becoming regulars somewhere else.
Our go-to local Chinese for take out service, a good menu selection and very tasty food with lots of flavour, always warm and tasting fresh. Can’t comment on the delivery service as I always collect but staff have always been pleasant and friendly upon arrival and on the telephone.
During the unusual times of the coronavirus, we ordered takeout from this restaurant. Despite a small mistake with our order that was quickly rectified, I must say this was the best Chinese takeout I have had in years. It was incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
Had a lovely meal.. from Start to finish.. could not fault it.. I loved the crispy beef in particular....very nice friendly place.. they had staff shortage today.. and I can tell you the waiter never stopped.. The chef also. Done a great job..They made sure people got their food with out to much delay.. in fact we never notice a delay in getting ours... They were all a star in our eyes.. I will Definitely be going back.. Thank you to the manager and his staff
When we asked our waiter if we could order from the standard menu as we had done the previous year, we were told that it was not possible. This seemed odd, especially since the restaurant seemed to be relatively empty. Frustrated that we were being limited to a set menu, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, we expressed our disappointment to the manager or supervisor, who rudely denied that we had been able to order from the standard menu the previous year. His confrontation and accusation of dishonesty were off-putting and did not reflect a good business practice. Although we had enjoyed the food on previous visits, the poor service on this occasion outweighed the quality of the food. The restaurant's response to our email expressing our disappointment was dismissive and suggested a misunderstanding on our part. We were even offered a discounted meal to return, but after the experience we had, we had no interest in coming back. In my opinion, good service is just as important as the quality of the food, and I do not plan on returning to this establishment.
