Mcdonald's Restaurants - Gateshead

I visit here quite often. And I order a crispy sweet chilli wrap. No cucumber and a slice of cheese.... how is it that today seemingly there is nothing on their till to do this? Great customer service ...Not.

I always enjoy the delicious food and great service at this restaurant. The store is always clean and tidy. My favorite is the toasted muffin, and they never disappoint. I would give this place a perfect 10/10 rating.

Shocking went for 2 coffees on 25/4/23 ordered and waited in the bay for 25 minutes and never turned up went in to complain and carnage in there paid for something and never received disgraceful

By far the worst macdonalds in the area. Prioritise the deliveries so if you are dining in you seemingly have to wait…and wait and wait. 30 minutes, on a quiet drizzly Thursday afternoon for 3 bog standard chicken nugget and cheeseburger happy meals. Majority of the contents had clearly been sat out and horrible. Staff unapologetic and rude. Will not be visiting again. Head office need to step in as this clearly isn’t a one off.

This restaurant is constantly late, why? Simple order and still the delivery times get rescheduled up to an hour after the first notification. Absolutely shocking service.
