Kfc Felling - Gateshead

Large queue for the drive through signs saying open for drive through and take away, waited patiently in the queue. Got to the window waited for5 minutes before a large rude woman came and shouted its shut can't you read! When I said all the signs on the approach say you're open a torrent of abuse was hurled my way. Didn't get food but will not go back there. KFC management need to jump all over this. Total lack of professionalism and customer service

Go here al the time, the mega boxes are really filling and the burger fillet tower meal is actually amazing

Horrendous! Do not use this place if you are in a hurry!!! Been sat for 15 minutes in the drive through like every time I come here! It’s an absolute joke!!!

Lovely food got a boneless banquet for myself. Was not disappointed. The new dips they do are awesome

My husband's birthday was ruined because a whole meal was missing from our delivery order. He didn't want to go to his favorite KFC restaurant, so we decided to order delivery for £39. We tried calling Abotsford for over an hour with no answer. When they finally picked up, we were promptly hung up on.
