Five Guys - Gateshead

I ordered a milkshake at 20:30 and the lovely lady gave us amazing customer service! Thank you so much! Recommend this five guys

I am waiting to pick up my daughter from work and the noise coming from this place is simply unbearable. It feels like being inside a loud nightclub.

W visited as we had out Niece and nephew and they chose this place . My wife is vegetarian so opted for the grilled cheese with everything except obviously the bacon , so you can imagine what she felt like when she bit into it to find Bacon not once but even in the replacement. This meant that because i helped her out my over expensive burger was cold by the time i came to eat it !! . The staff were ok although the whole set up seemed to be a bit of a mess. The restaurant was very busy but the organisation was poor and there was a clear lack of leadership When i contacted the customer service in regard to these issues the person replying seemed to be somewhat indifferent , not until the second reply did i get offered a burger voucher worth squat diddly in regard to the £25 we spent for a ruined meal so we certainly wont be hurrying back to the brand and if we do visit it is unlikely it will be the Gateshead branch

Got to five guys put our order in. There was no one else in the que it wasn’t busy. Half the drinks were out on the machine. No where to sit as every table was scruffy. Slim chickens wrappers the lot. Burger was dry- not the usual five guys standard. Chips are usually a mega portion this was literally just the tub no extra scoop. Had to clean our own table. Was plenty staff it wasn’t busy absolutely no excuse. Definitely would not recommend for kids or a family. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever received.

Very enjoyable food as always and the staff there were all very friendly too. Cajun fries and shakes are a must when visiting!
