Bells Fish Chips - Gateshead

Beautifully cooked fish and chips for a great price. fish was light and well cooked with a good crispy teig. chips are fried to perfection in beef drying give a wonderful color and taste. mushy peas were thick and tasteful and served in a large portion. will be safe in the future

The food here is exceptional! The fish and chips are freshly made, and the salad is delightful. They also offer a great selection of beer, wine, large teas, and coffee. The service is cheerful and friendly. The constant line of people waiting for takeout is a testament to how popular Bell's is!

I had an excellent experience with the fish and chips here. They were freshly cooked, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes after placing my order. The fish was perfect, and the batter was delightful—crispy and not greasy at all. The portion size was generous as well. I would definitely recommend it, especially considering the reasonable price!

Gluten free fish and chips available even though its not listed on the menu when you walk in but made my day! Absolutely beautiful, only downside was no GF vinegar available but even without was really nice. Would still return
