Mcdonald's - Garrison

App ordered two sandwiches and a Shake. Opted for pickup inside since I was in a large commercial vehicle. Checked in when I entered door. After waiting 19 minutes I inquired about my order. Sandwiches where done and waiting to be sacked but ice cream machine was broken, imagine that , so they just ignored finishing my order till I inquired. They then informed me ice cream machine was broken so I asked for a refund. The one register was manned by a slow individual and was helping a customer so they asked if they could take my card to the back register and refund the difference. I agreed. After 5 minutes what I assumed the manager came back with my card and told me they couldn 't do a refund. I protested politely. Hell there 's cash in the register right if you can 't refund the card? She stated that if she did refunds they would lose $14000 a day . Whatever. She said I would have to dispute the change with my credit card company. I left. Made a complaint on McDonald 's corporate who informed me to return to the store for a refund. Imagine that I guess they can do refunds. I live like 25 miles away and go to this restaurant about once every other month when I 'm passing through, but I 'm done. The wait times are routinely 20 minutes or more and after this event I never will again. This is easy the worst McDonald 's that I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to get a quick meal. I 've traveled all over the U.S. Canada and European and McDonald 's Garrison location is the worst. Do not waste your time. They are done wasting mine.

Great service! They are always really busy, but yet they provide excellent customer service. If they make a mistake, they are prompt to fix it. My food has always been hot and fresh. The staff are kind and helpful. The inside and outside of the building are very clean and taken care of well. They have quite a few minors working here, but to my surprise they are all very professional and appear to be trained properly. The lines are very long in the summer, but they move fairly rapidly. If you are inside the restaurant you can see the workers working together at a very fast pace in order to serve customers in a timely manner. I even observed someone who appeared to be from a corporate office standing behind the counter helping out. I thought that was great to see! I love to use my mobile app to order because it is convenient and you also get reward points! Nothing like a free Big Mac They also always give plenty of napkins which is nice because it’s easy to make messes when you are trying to eat and drive at the same time. You won’t be disappointed if you stop here to eat a meal or even just to get a drink or a something sweet!

You guys need to serve breakfast till 11am like every McDonald’s or all day no one wants lunch at 10:30am Atmosphere: 1

Happy fun a humerous adventure. I was listening to the interactions of the employees. This was a pleasant surprise as they were working logistics what goes to who and just to do itwithsuch a good playfull additude. My hamburgers were served by people enjoying the here and now. Nice place,,friendly staff..the girl was real friendly, she come running outside to bring me my strawberry shake, forgot to grab it... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
