Rock Hill Bakehouse - GANSEVOORT

We lived in Vermont for 20 years .luckily the Koop wore Rockhill bakery bread. We're still talking about Pane Paisano bread. Best bread ever!

Amazing vegan restaurant! It has some non vegan products, but offers a lot of vegan products as well. Very delicious. All homemade. Nice restaurant. Clean bathroom. You also have live music in certain times. Very much to do!

My wife and I always went to Bakehouse when we went to Glen's Falls, the best breakfast ever. Wonderful staff, cozy feeling, excellent food. I miss it this year and wait for this pandemic to be over! I love the bread (can I pay to have sent it? . Be safe out there, hope to see soon! Jim.

On Friday, in the middle of the morning, fell in love with this place! I liked the cozy atmosphere, the friendly staff and the very delicious food. I decided to go with a vegan breakfast (why not and was pleasantly surprised how well prepared everything was. I have the vegan breakfast sandwich on sourdough and a turmeric latte. All right. I thought the combination of flavors and textures in the sandwich were on place. For meat and cheese eaters out there, please do not compare this with a regular meat cheese sandwich, otherwise you might be disappointed. However, if you appreciate taste and try something else, you can enjoy their vegan fare. I was glad that the turmeric latte was not made from soy milk, although I cannot remember whether it was almond or coconut milk. I also picked up a biscotti, scones and vegan oatmeal raisin cookies to enjoy later with my loved ones. The vegan oatmeal cookies were chewing, moist and fill! The Biscotti and the Scones are the best we ever tasted! The baker (I think his name is Matt? knows his craft. The villain broke beautifully, had a perfect crusty exterior and a melt in your mouth and right at the crumb interior. The Biscotti was just the right amount of crispy and soft at the same time when that makes sense. Both the Scone and Biscotti were very tasteful. There was also a je ne sais quoi to the taste that we might have been heart-baked by them? Not only the food excellent, but also the service! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Two women helped me in my visit. It was my first visit, and they were patient with me when I tried to find out what I wanted and happy explained ingredients in the available offers. I also saw people for little, and it's really nice to see that the staff here treats all people with respect. They are friendly for all people from all areas of life. I can't wait to go back! Thanks for making my first impression of Glens Falls a great one!!
