Knox County Brewing Co. - Galesburg

This jewel of a brewery really enjoyed. The beer was delicious. So many small touches that made it really special, the popcorn and water that for all, the cool logo, and all the grab games for the table. Super friendly also for our children who can be rare for a brewery. I'll be back next time. Give this place an attempt, you will not be disappointed!

Super sweet brewery. Very open space with comfortable seating from tables to couches. Felt like a chilled backyard. Great customer service! I tested the Hunter Taco. It was delicious-sweet and spicy. Lloyd's camp was good. I finished the taco before tasting the others, so not sure whether it affects my taste buds BUT... The Sophia is a just Belgian season, Selador had only a very light caramel taste, liberation was good, and the guest Tap Vanilla pumpkin was very light, with a lingering pumpkin aroma.

Great place to hang around and have a beer. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I saw them do the guacamole so they don't mess with it fresh. I'm excited to go back and try what's next on Hahn!

I loved everything about this place! The beer flight was excellent- try the “My neighbors Porter”. We filled the table with Nachos, Tacos and Charcuterie and enjoyed talented musicians at the perfect band. Can't wait to go back and bring all my friends!

The atmosphere was great. An the music was too. There chicken tacos are amazing!!! An there drinks are too.
