Pizza Ranch - Galesburg

We stopped here for dinner after driving back from a family reunion. We were seated promptly, and the restaurant was moderately busy. The salad bar was reasonably stocked, although the lettuce could have been fresher. The chicken was tasty, as were the mashed potatoes and gravy. However, the biscuits were a bit hard. Unfortunately, the pizzas left much to be desired. On my first trip to the buffet, there were only four options available. One of the pizzas we tried later had an undercooked crust, so I ended up sticking with the cheese sticks instead. Additionally, the dirty dishes weren’t cleared away quickly. We ultimately had to stack them on an empty table nearby to make space on our own.
