Hot Breads Bakery And Cafe

Really bad cake, we ordered pineapple pastry and there was no pineapple flavor, tasted more like a plain vanilla cake, same with Black Forest cake, it was way below par compare to other Hot bread locations. Sorry but not coming back?

I Ordered butterscotch cake for B'Day, what was given is more of plain vanilla cake and also cake is not soft. Hot bread cakes are good, I brought earlier at diff location so the issues seem to be with location.

For clarification, this place doubles as an Indian restaurant and as a vegan bakery. The bakery is a lovely storefront with a variety of treats on display. The space is clean, inviting, and well lit. I believe (although I?m not 100% sure that the Indian food is just for take-away; note: they do have some casual outdoor seating) I picked up a vegan Black Forest cake and they were able to personalize it on the spot. It was surprising that they had a fresh full sized cake
