Plaza Buffet - Funchal

Dry,stale, horrible food. Everything looked like it had been there from lunch. Been previously and was disappointed but hoped it was a one off.

It seemed strange that even though we visited this restaurant only 30 minutes after they had opened the hot food was either cold, or semi-warm. Many of the plates were severely chipped and one ceiling area has been badly water damaged and not repaired. The disabled toilet was out of use and full of chairs, plus a very smelly mop and bucket. Most dishes lacked flavour and the quality was poor. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Take your money and spend it elsewhere.

Came over this place on the road from a savoyen euro for all that they can eat in the evening, I think cheaper during the day. there were enough food for a meal, much sushi when you ding, the buffet a bit limited, a few cakes and ice for dessert, but was a very popular place with a few bars near to

Grund, but good value. restaurant and toilets all clean and well maintained. friendly and helpful staff.
