Fui visitar o Uaucacau, propositadamente, por ter visto várias recomendações deste estabelecimento e dos seus chocolates e confirmo que de facto têm muita qualidade. Os doces chocolates são deliciosos e o expositor é de ficar com os olhos agarrados e com a água na boca .. Dá vontade de experimentar quase de cada! ;)Fica localizado mesmo junto à Sé do Funchal, numa das ruas fechadas ao transito que existem a Norte do edifício da Sé.

I only recently heard about this place via a youtube video and I wanted to give it a try. After finding the place in Funchal I looked at all of the different chocolates and truffles with interest. Picked the traditional flavours of Madeira (Poncha, Madeira Rum, Passion Fruit, Madeira Wine Sugarcane Honey) I took them back to the hotel to try them. Oh my goodness these were the best chocolates I have ever tasted. They were so good that I bought a big box at the airport before heading to my flight and going home to have it later. I hope they do deliveries outside of Portugal because I would definitely be a regular customer.

We visited this coffe for many times during our staying in Funchal, and their coffe, tea and desserts are so good and very good price.
