When I made the reservation, I recommended that one of us had a zöliakie. since I could see that it was not a restaurant specializing in zöliakie, I prefer to let her know. when we arrived the first question, they asked me after my reservation was, what of them is the one who can't eat gluten? and from this moment the super friendly waiter explained all possible options without gluten. he brought me the gluten-free soy especially for me. eating was amazing, I am sure it is the best sushi in all madeira and their service for us zöliakie was very good. I recommend it 100

Claims to be healthy and gluten-free, but on the question of the server and cook were neither aware that soy sauce contained gluten!! Not safe for celiac disease.
