Firehouse Subs Uptown Station

I go here at least 3 times a week and they hired a new staff who are rude as can be they messed up my sub and put spicy things on it when I have ulcers and when I went back they argued with me because it's how they put it on the ticket finally I get them to fix it and they sat there in my face laughing and making fun of me talking about how I messed it up when I asked them if It was correct when they gave it back I was responded to with yep we know how to read a ticket I feel beyond insulted sadly my favorite place I've gone to for months I will never go back again beyond disappointed in bree and the staff working with her the only one who did right was the girl with strawberry blonde hair otherwise disgusting behavior

Accidentally gave all 5’s but fat fingered the overall star rating to 4.So edited and updated.

Had the Turkey Bacon Ranch, it was phenomenal! Firehouse blows other sandwich joints like Lenny's out of the water, 5/5, will eat again.

Why did you delete my post. Pay me my money you owe me. The franchise owner and management is terrible at this place.

Good food, rude staff. Regular customer of several years who won’t be back.
