Arby's - Ft Walton Beach

I went through the drive-through and ordered the brisket sandwich with bacon and barbecue sauce ? ?

It’s either hit or miss. If you hit it’s phenomenal. If you miss, well you REALLY miss…. From food to service to wait time. But for me, usually hit!

Both of our large curly fries were filled with regular fries with curly fries laying on top, clearly deliberate. Just disrespectful and completely unnecessary.

Friendly greeting at the drive thru, put all sauces in the bag *without* me asking for Arby's sauce, and the food was as good as expected. Would visit again if I lived in Florida!

I feel like night crews never get shout outs as the atmosphere is different later in the day but I feel that's an injustice because the people who served me were nice and the food was good and warm even after walking home. I don't usually go to Arby's but it was the closest place to me and those people made me glad I did.
