Mcdonald's - Frostburg

Food is McDonald’s standard, but I don’t know how it’s possible for a McDonald’s to be this slow when there’s only 3 customers inside. It took nearly 20 minutes for two burgers and some nuggets.

Still go for the fish sandwiches and they always make them fresh!

Food was nothing like it used to be!!!Had a chicken sandwich the bun was bigger than the piece of chicken on it !!! Not enough staff to take care of the incoming customers, customers standing waiting at the counter were ignored due to drive thru customers being waited on !!! Parking: On line customer parking should never be located in front of the doors. Those spaces should be for handicapped parking only .

A terrible ordeal with an uppity manager who left us sitting in line for half an hour because our bill was over $50 and she needed to use the restroom and didn't want to approve the purchase for some reason or at least approve it in a timely manner Parking: I'm a wheelchair-bound person myself was very happy about the parking Wheelchair accessibility: Very easily accessed with my wheelchair
