Talk Of The Mountain Crab Cakes And More

OMG!! Talk of the mountain should be called the Top of the mountain! Everything was Top shelf and excellent. The crabcake, shrimp, and oysters were amazing. I typically don't like sides but even the potato salad and mac and cheese were to die for!! Everyone needs a Top of the mountain crabcake in their life..yes I know they are talk of the mountain but I can dream...lol will definitely be back and btw the two girls working today were awesome. Keep striving!!

My experience definitely wasn't what I thought it would be after given all the wonderful reviews. My problem is with the crab cake although it tasted good,It was full of crab shell and I had to completely tear my crab cake up to get the shells out after I had swallowed a few of them! The macaroni and cheese also had a spoiled taste to it, it was inedible also. I definitely expected a better experience given the price that you pay and all the great reviews.

To be honest, I have not yet been in the restaurant but when they set up food truck style at Winchester Brew Works, my wife and I had their crab cake sandwich and shrimp, it was absolutely perfect! I was born and grew up in Maryland and have haunted the Delmarva most of my life and I can honestly say that I have never had a better crab cake. It was all backfin and tender but firm and spiced just right. Highly recommended! Food: 5

The crab cakes are worth the hype lots of meat and a good size. Fast and friendly device, too. The catfish poboy was also delicious.
