Panera Bread - Frederick

I had only the lobster role and was not disappointed. it had a little salat and mayo served open face with the lobster. it wasn't clawy, but it was very good. I would and will buy it again.

If I could give this no stars I would. employees were EXTREMELY rude and no management was willing to assist when our order was completely screwed up. will never be returning to this location again...beware!!

Seriously, if you want to start you day off with someone being rude and hostile to you when you are polite to them... go here. That's all I can say.

Not even sure what just happened we had cookies left out n called n Dee was not happy I’m sorry your employees left out cookies that’s not my problem to be honest I don’t even want them anymore there was no reason for the way a manager would speak to anyone the way she just did my call is recorded tho I will be in touch

Hate to say this cause we love Panera bread but this one is the worst location the management is rude like really rude they talk to you like trash I had two cookies left out n Dee who claims she's a manager was the rudest person I may have ever spoken too n was only to say we didn't receive our cookies I'm still in a bit of shock to be honest we visit Panera almost every day but I think I'm done rap at this location I truly feel sorry for the employees who have to work here if that is there manager she does not care like I had two cookies left out that is all n she was so mad ,,, I don't even want the cookies but I just want ppl to be aware go somewhere else we're u will be treated descent There is a Panera on the next exit go there the staff is so kind!
