I recently ordered takeout for lunch and was looking forward to a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. **Food:** I would rate the food a 2 out of 5. It was underwhelming, lacking flavor and freshness. For the price range of $10–20 per person, I expected much better quality. **Service:** The service was also disappointing, earning another score of 2. There were delays in the order process, and my concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. **Atmosphere:** I have to give the atmosphere a 1. As I was picking up my meal, the place felt uninviting and disorganized, which did not enhance my overall experience. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. I hoped for a better lunchtime option.

I ordered a Baconator but instead received a Jr. Baconator. When I inquired about it, the lady at the window was extremely rude and insisted that one patty is the normal size, not the Jr. Overall, I rate the food a 1 and the service a 1.

The 10-piece nuggets combo was fantastic! The fries were cooked perfectly—crispy and served hot.
