Taco Bell - Franklin

Feel mixed feeling bc this last vist was by far best visiting ever had. They were friendly and fast ..I know most of you know this is typically a negative 5 star store. Rude, takes 45 min to get meal, thats if they have the item or are even serving(after a wait i was told they were not serving taco bell ??? Um i didnt want kfc and it was not good plus kids were thoroughlyupset making me return another day for the taco bell they were wanting in the 1st place, worst of all if you can order good luckbc after that crazy wait itits probably going to be wrong or missing items. maybe they are improving? At least for now I'mhopeful ??. I always dread when my kids want to go here.

Confused why the store hours online and at the store say closes at 10pm but the doors are locked and drive through closed at 9:45. Shouldn?t the hours of operation just say closes at 9:45?

On the one hand, they showed no customer service, they gave us the wrong objects, and when we went into the window, they told us that we were going to the door, even though we were the only people there, and we ordered 4 dinge, they never gave us a chance to ask for sauce, and when the dame gave us the food that she did? they didn't even say they wanted a day.

Order thighs n atn combo n slaw got 2 legs n negators need a lot better service here n if they ask what sri is she had, we had to play teasing game instead of us products they had

The orders are literally always wrong, the food is badly prepared (I use the handle loosely prepared,) and the drive thru has waited a long time. hang down the worst taco bell I was.
