Kok Wings Things - Franklin

First time eating their crawfish, the flavor was good, however the crawfish was soft. Each time I tried to peel the tail off it fell apart or the tail was tough. I believe they were left over crawfish. If you do that mix some fresh with the leftover. Not a good representation for first time visitors. Very friendly staff.

Me and my daughter dropped in on a weekday to grab some wings. Was difficult for her to get in to the back outdoor seating where we were directed, she has a broken ankle and leg and is on a knee scooter. The parking lot is also all gravel. Definitely not easy if you are handicap to get in and out of the building or parking lot. The staff other than the assistant manager and our waitress pretty much ignored us when we talked to them. The chicken had a fish taste which I am assuming they fry everything in the same oil. Didn't have bar drinks just daiquiris. It is across the street from a college so that was unexpected. Wish the food was something to rave about. Or the staff other than two people were friendlier, it is what it is.

First time trying. You must try the loaded fries! I ordered regular fries and was talked into getting them loaded.

AMAZING FISH!!!!! Even better customer service! Earl blew it out of the water more than the fish.. he provided the best customer service I have experienced in YEARS!!! He deserves a raise in my opinion: thanks earl!!

When I tell you this food is seasonedddddd! It's seasoned. I picked up The Personal Platter after the Mardi Gras parades and I'm so glad I did. I got the Sumn Nasty Wings, Fried Shrimp, and Fried Fish. Everything was bomb but the downside is that they're not using real catfish from what I could tell. I deal with that a lot in Houston but didn't expect it in Louisiana. Outside of the food, the restaurant itself is dope and I love the outdoor aspect. I would love to actually eat there the next time I visit the city.
