Mr. Lester's Steakhouse - Charenton

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing so many positive reviews, and I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, my experience tonight fell short of expectations. While not everything was disappointing, there were some issues. The steak I ordered was overly fatty and greasy, and the lobster tail had an unpleasant smell and looked unappetizing. On a more positive note, the asparagus, bread, and stuffed mushrooms were quite tasty. Overall, it was a mixed experience. Service: Dine-in.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times in the past, but our last couple of visits have been disappointing. Most recently, the service was terrible. We were a party of six, and while the food was good, our server was lacking. We struggled to get her attention for drinks, and when our main courses arrived, our sides were nowhere to be found. After inquiring, we learned she had forgotten to place the order for the six sides we requested. Given the prices at this restaurant, we expected much better.
