Bidrage med feedbackExtremely poor service. Rude employees. 11 minutes stuck in drive thru line without my food so went inside. Was told order was bagged wrong . Finally got food but no receipt, no spoons, no napkins. Bojangles here we come.
Honestly disappointing. They had no mashed potatoes and substituted with French fries.. not what We wanted in the $5 box. Chicken was good though.
I have to point out that Jesse and Derwin continue to hire people who lack basic customer service skills. I may have been fired for what I believe were unjust reasons, but it's frustrating to see that a manager here doesn't know how to interact with customers properly. Jesse and Derwin, I urge you to improve your hiring practices.
****. As a local from Franklin who often craves either fried chicken or Tex-Mex, I have to say that the drive-thru experience here is terrible. No matter what you order, it seems like the person at the drive-thru just doesn't pay attention and hands you whatever they feel like. However, when you go inside, it’s a different story. Vicky has always been amazing, and between her and the chicken guy—whose name I never caught, unfortunately—my KFC orders were always outstanding when I placed them inside. My experiences with Taco Bell, on the other hand, have been riddled with missing ingredients, missing items, and incorrect orders. Good luck to anyone who decides to order here.
This place is awful! I waited 45 minutes for a two-piece meal that I never received. When I asked the manager for a refund, it felt like I was interrupting her from doing absolutely nothing just to get my money back.
