Marcelina's Mexican Food - Fowler

Very tasty food, clean and the service was good. We were the first ones in the restaurant for the day. Service was good but once it got busy it was a bit too much for one person to handle.

The food is amazing and the customer service is even better!

What a find!! We visit Olney Springs every year, which is a nice little town, but it lacks restaurants. We decided to try out the new Mexican restaurant, in Fowler. Very happy we did. Marcelina 's Mexican Food makes everything fresh. The menu is extensive enough that you have a big choice of foods, but it 's not overwhelming. Order and pay at the front counter, help yourself to salsa (4 varierties, mild to please remove your dentures , and take your fresh basket of chips to your table. The prices are quite reasonable, and the decor is comfortable. You walk by the kitchen on the way to one of two dining rooms. I saw a clean, yet busy operation (my career includes managing restaurants . I had three interactions with employees, all friendly, helpful and positive. Soda is self-serve. Miss BJ ordered Chicken Rolled Taquitos (5 pc . We all tried some and agreed they were out of this world! Miss Jenny had the #8 two enchiladas combo plate (she chose cheese filled and she loved it, especially the homemade taste in those rice and beans. I was delighted with the #9 Chile Relleno Enchilada combo plate. We will definitely be back, as there are several foods we all want to try.
