Phat Willy's Diner - Fowler

As we traveled to our son's High school football game last Saturday, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. Aubrey makes the juiciest burgers! Smothered in cheese and bacon, inside a toasted buttery bun of deliciousness. We sat in our booth for quite some time, after we inhaled our meal, in food coma euphoria. Not only does she make one hell of a burger, Aubrey was so warm and welcoming. And we will never forget Nikki and her adorable daughter. While digesting our epic meal, we were blessed to chat with these two. They couldn't have been nicer and more accepting of our unique family dynamic. Thank you all for the amazing food and warm hospitality. Any time we can reroute our GPS through Fowler CO, we will, just so we can eat with these gorgeous ladies at PHAT WILLY'S. I love the chicken fried chicken and my husband loves the chicken fried steak! You get so much on your plate you have to figure out where to start. The owner is wonderful and the staff is very friendly.
