Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I received AMAZING service and the drive thru was extremely packed!! Kaitlyn (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was super polite and nice! She had great customer service!

This is a great restaurant! Food is fresh, place is clean, and staff is polite. The dining room was closed due to STAFFING reasons, not COVID, as someone in the reviews mentioned. Waiting in the drive thru including a wait depending on the food and the length of the line, as well as the amount of people working. At times, only one person is running a job for multiple people, so you have to cut some slack. If it bothers you so much, either put in an application or don?t go. They try their best to make it work and the food is always worth it each visit.

Presentation of food is key to tell me if they care in doing their job to provide customer service for people who come to experience good food but yesterday shown me otherwise. They are now on my black list of never ever going there again. Ever

The family all wanted Zaxby's great salads!! Nobody does a Cobb salad like them 4 grilled Chicken 2 Cobb!! Great food wonderful service, everything was perfect! Great job well done!!

Great chicken and sides! The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered several dishes, which included fries, slaw, Texas toast, and a drink, all for just $10—a fantastic deal these days. The service was also very friendly.
