The food and customer service were exceptional! I had a wonderful conversation with the staff. I can't wait to return again and again!

The staff member in the back was quite rude. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier, but her tone was not welcoming at all. Although I appear black, she didn't realize I am Visiyan and could understand some of what she said. I chose not to escalate the situation by raising my voice or calling the police, especially on a holiday. On a positive note, the food was fantastic. However, parking is very limited, with only one designated space available.

The Filipino food here is outstanding! The owner and staff are very friendly, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. The buffet is excellent!

My husband, I went to Nellie today. We paid $32 for buffet menu. The food wasn't good. I also sat and watch the lady clean tables and repair people drinks with the same gloves. This is a serious violation of the health code. It's cross-contamination. So we're up and down. We're not coming back.

The guy at the counter was very rude I was trying to pay and had to transfer money over and when I was done I showed him that I had the money in my account he looked at me dead in my face and said I don't care with a rude look and he didn't even care. That's just poor customer service
