Jimmy John's - Fort Walton Beach

I visit this restaurant frequently, and Madison is always incredibly nice and helpful. However, the man named John is not as pleasant. Every time he takes my order, he seems rude and often gets it wrong. He consistently makes offhand comments that aren't necessary and has a negative attitude. Despite this, I still enjoy the place and the overall service.

Jimmy's Worst Johns was a disappointing experience for me. The staff was unprofessional. While I believe in having a good time, it's important to also show respect and care for the customers.

The restaurant was impeccably clean. The fresh bread for our sandwich was delicious, and all the ingredients were crisp and fresh.

Sandwichs were ok, they would have liked to have heated a long time and the moral was hella low.

I have never really had issues with delivery. But today is the second time I 've placed an order that I 've waited over 40 minutes for. I am in the education field, as well as service industry on the weekend so I understand being short staffed. But I placed my order 11:07 AM which was 25 minutes prior to my lunch starting. It 's now 12:11 PM and I 'm still waiting on food which has shown out for delivery since 11:25. Now I currently have someone monitoring my class that started 10 minutes ago because I 'm still waiting g on lunch. Doesn 't seem freaky fresh or freaky fast at this point as their motto indicates.
