Dunkin' - Fort Edward

I live in fort Edward and would rather go 10 mins away to surrounding locations where I know they will get my food right, it willl be hot, and they won’t give me an attitude! Besides a select few employees everyone up to the managers ARE RUDE ! Now Instead Of Dunkin Being 5 Mins Up The Road I’m Going ToThe South Glens Falls Or Dix Ave Locations.

The person working seemed to be all alone. They were working fast and still very pleasant.

This particular location is always so slow. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru for just a coffee and muffin.

Can't get enough of this coffee. There are plenty of times when they forget stuff I ordered ... I always use the ap ... they usually don't give me my food if I ordered some or my other drink if I order two but most of the time it's sitting there somewhere. Been going to dunkin for years... can't beat it even with the iffy service sometimes.

Stopped in Fort Edward Dunkin about 2::15pmMarch 11th . Drive through was bumper to bumper .. 2 ahead of me inside. Only 2 young men on. I had a bit of a wait but these two kept calm , polite and things moving as quickly as possible. I wish I had noticed their names. People having to wait were getting a bit impatient, questioning why they hadn’t receive their drinks yet. These two just kept working as quickly as possible and kept smiling when serving customers. Thank you! I hope you had a break at some point!Parking: I park at an angle that way if drive through is busy it’s easier to back out of the parking spot . Unfortunately doing so sometimes takes up 2 spots. But I think it would make it easier, if the parking sports were angled a bit.
