First Watch - Fort Collins

I decided to give this restaurant another chance since my first experience wasn't great. I'm glad I did because the food was absolutely delicious! Our server was a lovely lady who was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The service was impressively quick, even though the place was busy. I'm excited to return for my Sunday brunch!

The food here is incredibly fresh, and the service is outstanding! I typically steer clear of standard breakfast options, as many places serve eggs and sausage that taste low-quality or artificial. However, everything here is fresh and absolutely delicious. I’m excited to return, especially since their menu offers plenty of amazing choices!

Aloha is the best spot for brunch! The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is fantastic. The ambiance is lovely as well. You definitely won’t regret dining here. Food rating: 5/5.

If you're looking for a comfortable place with a positive vibe from the atmosphere to the servers' smiles to have breakfast or brunch, First Watch is the place. There are glutton free, vegan, and unique breakfast items on the menu that mix traditional foods such as egg benedict into no so traditional meals such as Smoked Salmon Benedict. With so many outstanding options, it was hard to choose! I had the steel-cut oatmeal that was topped with strawberries and nuts along with brown sugar and milk on the side so I could have my oatmeal as sweet and thick as I wanted. I appreciated the orange-cranberry muffin that came with the meal, although it went home in a to-go container. The blueberry pancakes were jammed packed with blueberries and big enough to require its own zip code. My companion raved about the Farmhouse Hash. The Morning Meditation Fresh Juice was sunshine in a glass. I highly recommend First Watch for anyone wanting a breakfast or brunch with personality.
