Elliot's Martini - Fort Collins

Best Martini around. Don 't let 'Elliot ' drink your cocktail when you look away... Awesome place.

This longstanding Old Town institution absolutely merits a visit if you ever crave a cocktail with more than two ingredients. The menu does a good job of balancing old favorites (the French tickler is still a keystone after 10 years of coming here) with seasonal drinks. This is the place where I first had cynar, and lillet, and fernet. It's been my introduction to so many fun and unique spirits and I am grateful. Fyi food options are a little limited (it is a martini bar) but there's some snacks stuff as needed. Just don't expect a full blown dinner menu.

The drinks here are so yummy! Staff is friendly and can make great recommendations for those who aren't sure what to order. The bar isn't terribly big and can get busy quickly.

Drinks were so amazing (dessertinis) and the service was good. Only complaint would be that the music was quite loud even though the seating seems more comfy and intentional for conversations vs a typical bar scene.

I love this place, baked brie with caramelized onions, is the best!! And of course the martinis. Christine make the best drinks ever.
