KFC - Forest Lake

I pulled into the driveway of the drive through at about 7 or 8 minutes to 10pm supposedly their closing time , after browsing at the menu for some time then waiting patiently and commenting to my friend jokingly we have been forgotten about , the lights all went out !! So I preceded on foot to the window to ask why our order wasn't taken and why we were waiting so long ? The reply from the manager on duty (no opololgy I might add) "I didn't see you , anyway it's too late I threw the food out " so after going on the website for KFC and making a complaint which would be clearly supported by their own CCTV footage I received an email saying they will look into the incident four days ago but no further response!! Luckily there are some great new take away franchises popping up in the area so I won't have to endure what can't even be described as a lack of service everytime I want to eat out ✅

Shop wasn't busy, had to wait longer than normal for the order. Chicken / Burger was a little stale, for a Monday. (Must have been left over from weekend) Disappointing normally KFC better

Customers were ignored at the counter, one elderly man stood at the counter waiting to place his order for 16 minutes! Not once was he acknowledged by KFC staff. Other customers who placed orders cancelled them requesting refunds due to the extended wait times for food to arrive. People walked in, heard the complaining and simply left to eat elsewhere.Management blamed young staff who were in the process of being trained & exclaimed she could "only work with what's she's given" This was no comfort to disgruntled customers storming out of the store Just sad in 2017 this is considered acceptable " customer service "

Great service and very friendly and polite staff. The staff were very helpful, as they ran out of small coleslaw and gave me a large one instead.

Can't get orders correct and customer service is awful! Ordered chicken & chips and somehow got chicken, gravy and mash potatoes. To top it off the staff were rude.
