I am so disappointed with Hartselle location. I?ve given them the benefit of the doubt but all three times there has been issues. There?s one employee that sounds rude taking my order. He has done so twice. One night, my husband and I had to stop byWalmart and pick up a few things so I called in our order. Requested that one of our pizzas be cooked extra crispy and for ourorder of boneless wings to be cooked extra crispy. Our Walmart run took a little bit longer than intended so it was about anhour after I ordered before we made it to the drive thru. Sat there and watched an employee walk back and forth, seeing we arethere, and just keep walking. My husband had to call the store to get someone in the window. The food hasn?t been worth eatingin my opinion. I hope they can fix these issue bc we do enjoy pizza hut.

Easy online ordering and friendly delivery person. Ordered a couple of personal pan pizzas.

Pizza was delicious and we will definitely be back.

Ordered a pizza stuffed crust pizza today. Didnt get one stuffed with pizza, just greasy cheese. Lost my faith in pizza hut. No morr pizza hut for me.
