Subway - Fogelsville

Eating is pretty good, lunchtime is usually a line.

Great customer service when my wife and I go in. No problems. Only once did they not have the bread we wanted, but they gave us a discount as it was unexpected.

I went to this subway because they are on of the few that sell the seafood selection. I placed my order and was offered soup. Broccoli and cheddar was one of the soups for the day. Due to health restrictions I asked the server if the broccoli is fresh or frozen, she said rudley, they dont make the soup fresh everyday it somes to us frozen. I was so shocked in the service. She turned made me feel stupid and dumb for asking a simple question. She could have just responded, I am not sure,but it comes in frozen. I told her to cancel my sandwich order and wen to Weiss. I am so disappointed. The other subway closer to me has wonderful customer service. I will be contacting managment.

My wife and I frequently visit this Subway, while the staff is newer they do an excellent job of making you feel welcomed and work very hard to meet everyone?s expectations. The owner and managerial staff have also done a great job of helping with anyissues! Will continue to support this location!
