The Landing Cafe - Fitzroy New Zealand

Got the build your own burger with chips for $10 (tried the vegetable patty and fish) and both were tasty. Lots of flies in the Cafe tho which were really annoying.

Just had a coffee. Large is very large! Good to be served a really hot coffee also. Came accompanied with a solid chocolate teaspoon. Had to eat that... rude not too!

Superb service, charming, helpful, knowledgeable. The food was great exactly what we wanted and at more than reasonable prices. My Cajun chicken burger was delicious why? Not sure why the combination of sauce and rub probably. Watermelon salad perfect on this sunny day. And they even have beer!! Portions just right too. Oh, and the location doesn’t suck either.

Honestly the nicest mushrooms I have ever had. If mushrooms are on the menu I have them so have definitely had my share but wow, these were incredible

Good range of food, great hot chocolate flavours in a handy location! Very polite staff and also nice flavoured milkshakes.
