Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fayetteville

I went in on a Saturday they were busy per usual. The place honestly looked horrible from the dining in area to the space where they prepare the food. All business are short stuff right now so I can understand that. But what got me is the guy which was awhite young male. I would put his name but there was no name tag. He seem to be irritated with having to work. I noticed this ashe was fixing the lady order before me and it continued with me as I placed my order. He told me they didn't have steak leftwhich was not true. Next on the line was Rebecca she made my trip here so much better. Despite everything going on around her.She still was upbeat with a positive attitude. The food was great and satisfied my craving!

Here is the reason I would NEVER here. People, what do you notice?! The owner nor the manager respond to any of the comments. This is down right laziness. It also means they don't give a s--t. I have a rule I live by eating at places and that isthis...there has to be ten GOOD reviews up against ten bad reviews. Too many bad reviews up against hardly any good ones. Wouldnever eat here.

Respectfully, y?all don?t follow instructions. My work husband ordered online since our lunch break is limited. Most of the order was incorrect. Wrong meat. Wrong toppings. Would have turned around, but we only get but so much time for lunch. I?m sodisappointed

They are getting back in the saddle with healthy food, good service and introducing new menu items. You never leave hungry, always get large portions-good value for your money. Its not a nice sit down restaurant, but its great if you need good hotfood quick with very little wait time. Come hungry or enjoy sharing a meal.

How. I'm not even mad, chipotle. my feelings are only hurt. after everything we've been through.
