Saigon Bistro - Fayetteville

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Although the service was a bit unusual, the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the vegetarian vermicelli (without fish sauce) and it was packed with fresh vegetables. The tofu pieces were also really tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic meal.

As a vegan, my top concern when dining at Asian restaurants is always whether there is fish sauce in the dishes like rice or pad Thai. I tried the pho, pad Thai, and fried rice at this restaurant and made sure to ask about the presence of fish sauce. I was reassured each time that the food was vegetarian, which was a pleasant surprise especially in Fayetteville. The flavors were fantastic, making this restaurant one of the best I have ever eaten at. Thank you for serving delicious food!

While passing through Fayetteville, we discovered this restaurant thanks to Happy Cow. We tried the Hibachi Tofu dish and it was absolutely delicious, generous portion sizes, and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly as well!

They have quite a few vegan options and everything we ordered was delicious. All their food is made fresh. This is not the restaurant to pick if you want something really fast, but the wait is certainly worth it!
