I order the veggie burger w/ fries (trying to be vegan) and it's amazing!

I ordered the Tofu Scrambble. Being a traveling vegan, complete proteins outside Taco Bell and Chipotle is not the East. I saw this restaurant and was excited, they had a tofu cube, but as soon as I got it, my first thought was: “Where is the tofu?”. It is more or less as people use eggs as binder, and not as meal. I mean like an ounce of tofu!? It was more potato ash than anything else.

The staff was friendly and helpful in finding complete vegan options. Just a few options, but all SO good
