Food very cured by appetizer to dessert, although, if it were for me, I always eat and only their appetizers. Very good, particular, many and different... from fried quail eggs with truffle, raw seafood, raw cutting to the knife, and so on. The cart is also remarkable. Friendly, courteous, Solert and smiling If you are in Puglia, Il Fagiano definitely deserves a visit.
