Arby's - Farr West

It?s been so long and staffing issues are still existing. Pay more. It would probably make up from the lost customers. Soon this location will have none. I don?t ever take it out on the employees but seriously? helping one car at a time? Terrible ownership.Terrible. I keep coming back trying to give them some time to get it together but it?s been far to long. Unfortunately because Ireally enjoy Arbys. Even thought about applying just to try and help get it together. On a side note unrelated to the location.Finally got deals uploaded online and they don?t work. Doesn?t matter the combination it still states that My order doesn?t meetthe requirements to use the deal? I?ve read the fine print. Been in the drive through for over 30 min with only 3 cars in frontof me while I type this. Still waiting. Edit: took about 45 min. I will say I do appreciate the manager honoring my onlinepricing that the deal/order wouldn?t go through. Again. This is an owner/upper management issue. I really don?t blame theemployees at all.

We waited in line for about 25 minutes and tried to order off the before 5pm happy hour menu at literally 505pm and they wouldn 't let us. Are you serious? We would have been on time if your store wasn 't short staffed and made us wait nearly 30minutes to get dinner! Can 't believe we were so patient and waited and they wouldn 't honor their discount. Guess I 'm not comingback.

UPDATE 10/2023: EXCELLENT experience today. MUCH better than in times past. Hopefully, it's a sign of good things changing Kind of hit-and-miss with this location. Today's visit was not that great. Service was stoic, not a smile or even a greeting. Simply stand at the register and stare at me. Awkward. Other days have been great; smiles, greetings and yummy food. Seems to vary greatly depending on the staff that's working. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Waited forever to order ! And waited another twenty minutes for cold half cooked food ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
