I'm not sure why eat and service after 22 o'clock just go to the hill, but that was quite regular. tonight, the tortillas are not even cooked completely. the quality is perhaps the half of what they pay if that. that is sad because cafe rio earlier had proper eating. Oh, I'll like to spend more money somewhere else for consistent quality.
I used $20 recently. credit for two smeared sweet pigs burritos. I came to the house and had no sauce or bee for a broken burrito. one of them had a small bite of sweet pork. the others had thrice and no sweet boar. order on app.
I have placed an order online for the location west point. about 1 minute had passed when I received my order confirmation by email. I realized there was a mistake on the order. I immediately called Cafe’ rio to correct the order, but at the time that I put on the stop, then became the call center and then back to the west point location it had been about 5 minutes. I told the representative that there was a mistake on my order and he could correct it and adjust the fee. his answer was no, the order was made and I can't do anything about it. I took the order and returned to the house. when we opened our salads, we noticed that they had enough juice in the bottom of the container to swim a boat. the rice was boiled and very chewy and the beans were hard. if they were able to prepare my order in less than 5 minutes on a Saturday evening, they were certainly not busy and would have done a much better job in preparing 2 tacosaltes. I would not recommend this cafe’ rio location.
Ordering two enchiladas who were good and ordered was right. the staff were friendly and friendly. the dining room area was dirty, everyone had to be cleaned, a müll can overflow. Even in a non-COVID environment, I would expect more.
Cafe Rio West Point, you are the Cleveland Browns of the chain. You're take out is constantly wrong, yet I keep coming back. As I write this post, I am sitting here eating my grilled chicken salad, that is missing (of all things) the grilled chicken. I had to pay extra for that, which make it sting all the more. Now, if this was a one off moment I'd let it go. No one bats 1000, yet it's not. Items are routinely missing, grossly over or under cooked. Yet time and again I order and convince myself that this time it'll be different. I guess I can only blame myself. Please be better, and I'll see you next week.
