McDonald's - FAIRY MEADOW

The totally rude manager on the service Friday night halloween 28/10 at 10 o'clock. to avoid a place. there's no excuse and dirty environments.

Eating cold restaurant dirty waiting for long foods replaced chip still cold and oily it was as if no one knew what they were doing

Last night at 21:15 we went there for an egg and a few drinks. after order we had to wait more than half an hour to get our order. people who complained, got a very cranky manager and saw how their order was canceled. unharmed! if they can't provide a service as easy to close the load. friends of mine finally got their coffee after more than half an hour and they were cold, so obviously a dae waiting to be served. how far can they sink if they are not already the top of the rankings. never again, more than 50 meters further on the road at hungry jacks.

I had heard that this load was not good, I will never go back. wollongong and wanoona ensure warm eating and a passable coffee, why don't you be fairymeadow!

On Tuesday 21st June between 3.30pm and 4.00pm we were subjected to an absolutely disgraceful experience at Fairy Meadow McDonalds. There were about a dozen teenage schoolkids running rampant throughout the restaurant for over half an hour; they were fighting, running around the whole place...chasing each other, throwing chairs and high chairs at each other AND NOT ONE OF THE STAFF came out and said anything. I was there with my 3 grandchildren witnessing absolutely woeful behaviour. When we got up to leave i went to the counter and told the staff they need to get their act together and take some responsibility for ensuring patrons don’t have to go through this inside the restaurant. The Fairy Meadow staff need a kick up their backsides. Hopefully someone from the company ensures this doesn’t happen again.
