Urban Smoke Grille - Fairfield

Customer service was horrible. Food was very average. Nothing special at all. Wings were small and Over cooked, okra was over cooked and the drinks were mostly ice. Spent less at other places and gotten better. Waste of money.

The food/drinks was sooo good. Plus the hospitality was amazing as well. I ordered the Urban Chicken Philly and Ocean Breeze drink from the Bar.

It's summer time. Wish there were some outside fans. The outside booths center table need to be higher. You can't keep bending down to get your food. Drinks ok outside at the tables.

First time visiting, very poor customer service and bartender was very rude! As someone who was a bartender for 6 years I expect excellent customer service and that is not what I received. The experience overall was not worth it.

I support my black. I really do. But my fries were over cooked. I had more lemon pepper on the chicken, then chicken. And I had so much ice in my tea, then tea. Come my people we gotta do better. I work too hard for this money. I'm going try them one more time. Everyone has a bad night. But this was horrible.
