Bidrage med feedbackI visited the restaurant today and ordered two 10-piece meals. When I reached the second window, I noticed I only received one 10-piece meal with a setting. I pointed this out to the man at the window, explaining that I had ordered two and didn't want to be charged for an extra one. The woman who took my order responded rudely, and I believe if she had communicated more politely, I wouldn't have been upset. My friend had a similar experience with the same manager, and she ended up getting fired because of it. Clearly, this manager needs to improve her communication skills. This incident occurred at 2:06 PM on February 10, 2021.
I’m really pleased they had the Hungry Hippo toys! The service was quick and precise. The woman who took our order was fantastic; we had a large order for 7 kids and 2 adults, and she handled it beautifully.
Covid seems to bring this location. Fries are always cold, the burgers seem to be built sideways now because they are like them when I open the wrappers. The drinks are never filled, I understand carbonization, but you can all not be too worried about speed because the line always takes 20-40 minutes. If you go after 8:00, it's hard to know if you are served as some time at 9:00, they begin to change crews and close. You don't have posted hours, but the website says 24 hours. Curbside is no longer a thought, but I think the lobby is open for pickup.
Was good, but gave me Canadian bacon instead of regular, as I asked.
Drive through it long and staff seemed over whelmed. But they were friendly and food was fresh and hot. Be glad when we can get a grip on this covid-19.
