Chick-fil-a - Fairburn

I've stopped by this restaurant a few times in the morning on my way to work to grab breakfast. Unfortunately, the drive-thru line is EXTREMELY slow. This is the main reason I try to avoid this location. I know it's busy due to its proximity to I-85, but they really need to improve their efficiency to get people through the line faster. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get my food. On a positive note, the food has been decent and the staff is friendly. However, if you're trying to get to work on time, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The restaurant was very busy when we visited. The food was good, but it wasn't very hot. The server who took our order seemed quite confused about the details. The server who brought our food was fine, but they didn't provide the level of customer service we've come to expect from CFA. Additionally, we were surprised at how long we had to wait for just two boxes of nuggets.

I visited this restaurant on October 17, 2022, and ordered a spicy grilled combo along with some nuggets. While the nuggets and drink were enjoyable, the fries were under-seasoned and lacked salt. Unfortunately, the spicy grilled sandwich was cold, and I discovered a piece of plastic in it with my second bite. I reached out to Chick-fil-A about this issue, and they mentioned that this restaurant would follow up with me, but I haven't heard anything since. I recommend that you inspect your food before eating. It seems like the management here is more focused on quickly serving customers rather than ensuring quality.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. However, they have been very slack with my large fries. I order large to get more, and still get a medium. These are my large fries right out of my bag.

There was nothing good to say about this location other than the food was the same good quality that the company is known for. EVERYTHING!!! else was HORRIBLE there were plastic petitions everywhere we drove around the store twice just trying to get inline. We would have park but there was NO parking anywhere on the lot the drive thru lines took up the parking lot.
