Bidrage med feedbackI placed an online order for $26 and sent my son to pick it up with cash. When he arrived, they also charged him $9 more for 11 extra ranch sauces. This is ridiculous! They should know that items like red pepper flakes, garlic sauce, pizza sauce, and ranch are usually complimentary. I will never return to this restaurant! What a rip-off!
When I called the store to voice my concerns, the woman who answered seemed indifferent and uninterested in my issues. I decided not to pursue the conversation further, telling her that I wouldn't be supporting their business anymore and that I would be leaving a review on Google. Her response was, "Go ahead, have a great day." It was clear that this establishment doesn't prioritize good customer service or care about retaining its customers. As someone who serves in the Army Reserves, works as a registered nurse, and balances the responsibilities of being a wife and mother, my life is already hectic. I rely on ordering food to simplify things, but this experience only added to my chaos. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money at a place where I'm not valued. I will take my business elsewhere.
I have had a very frustrating experience at this pizza place. I strongly advise against using your debit card to order from them. I’ve had my total changed twice now, and I feel like they’ve taken money from me each time. I’m considering filing a police report. They haven’t addressed the issue since October 2022, and I’m done with trying to resolve it. To add insult to injury, they even had the audacity to offer me a business loan after all this. It’s outrageous that two of their employees have stolen from me, and instead of refunding my money, they suggest a loan. There’s no way I would ever come back to this place.
I love Marcos and their fast delivery. Today, however, I am still waiting for a delivery order that was placed an hour ago. I called to track the delivery time and was told to her that she is on the way, but she has several orders to take at once. Whomever answer always said she was almost for you without asking me any of my information. When she finally called an address that wasn't mine, she'll be with you soon. Why not just stop taking orders or why not go ahead. At least papajohns tell you you will wait 2 hours, so I can make the decision to pick up or cancel. If my child is not so hungry and everything else closes, I would cancel the order. I won't order them again.
When I Eat Pizza Not From A Restaurant I Go To Marcos. They Are Nice And They Get The Food Out Fast To You. I Usually Order Online Then Ho Pay And Pick Up. Usually Ready Within 10 to 15 Minutes
