Marco's Pizza - Fairburn

I love Marcos and their fast delivery. Today, however, I am still waiting for a delivery order that was placed an hour ago. I called to track the delivery time and was told to her that she is on the way, but she has several orders to take at once. Whomever answer always said she was almost for you without asking me any of my information. When she finally called an address that wasn't mine, she'll be with you soon. Why not just stop taking orders or why not go ahead. At least papajohns tell you you will wait 2 hours, so I can make the decision to pick up or cancel. If my child is not so hungry and everything else closes, I would cancel the order. I won't order them again.

When I Eat Pizza Not From A Restaurant I Go To Marcos. They Are Nice And They Get The Food Out Fast To You. I Usually Order Online Then Ho Pay And Pick Up. Usually Ready Within 10 to 15 Minutes

Take out , Everything Was Burned Expect the Salad that had Old Mushy Tomatoes. They Have The Settings on their Pizza Oven Set On The Highest.. They should get that fixed... It was hard to chew the crust was soo hard n dry.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. But I tip well so maybe that is a contributing factor. I have been living here for about 8 months and we order pizza almost once a week, or at least bi-weekly. I have never had a bad experience. We typically do delivery, but on a rare occasion we pick up. The pizza is always hot and fresh. We eat every slice. I do not order from anywhere else. I used to be hardcore papa johns. We always have pizza and every now and then we get salad and/or wings. I have nothing negative to say about the food or customer service. A little pricey but worth it for my fam.

This place is terrible. I ordered the deluxe with spinach and tomato. There was zero spinach, a tablespoon of sauce and one tablespoon of cheese. When I called to get the situation rectified the young lady was horribly rude. I took the pizza bowl back to Marco's and before I could get in the door good she looked at me like she had and attitude because I was bring the pizza back. I opened the pizza box and showed her the pizza and she argued me down that the pizza has cheese and spinach on it. She took a fork and raked the pizza to try to show me where the cheese and spinach was located. There was no spinach and the chees was literally a few sprinkles on top of the little salsa that was on the pizza and it was not melted at all. Look at the pizza and tell me if this meets your standards for a pizza bowl. All the pizza bowls I have seen advertised has plenty of cheese that is melted. Marco's should be ashamed of this location because I have eaten and ordered at other locations and the service and pizza bowl was great with a healthy amount of sauce and cheese. I will never return to this location again and really considering if I would ever eat at Marco's again due to the association with this location and wonder if all other locations are going to treat customers this way.
