Pho Bac (now Has Moved To Pho Augusta 4045 Jimmie Dyess Pkwy, Augusta, Ga 30909)

I'm here several times and one has Pho Bac consistency. The food here is always served well and quickly. I never had to wait for seats or deal with rude staff. There are plenty of parking in front of the restaurant and even a beautiful entrance.

...........Simply delicious! The spare ribs and pork chops are great! The service was a little lackluster due to our server being inattentive, but that didn't take away from the cozy atmosphere and wonderful food.

Decent food. It was the end of the night, so the pho wasn't that great. The egg rolls were good and the chicken was great. Decent service, again, it was the end of the night, so it could have been better.

On an extended visit from Brooklyn, NY and came here based on Google Reccomendations. Summer Rolls were well done with a unique addition of brisket with the traditional shrimp. Pho broth was very beefy in taste, balanced with a good mix of cardamom, anise and coriander, but was missing on the ginger and cinnamon. Pho broth is an art however this one did need a bit of lime, hoison, and a hefty portion of sriracha to level out. Generous portion of noodles toppings with fresh basil and cilantro. Few bits of tendon had small bones left, not good, but steak/brisket was tender. Thai tea was not good, too much condensed milk and not enough spiced tea. Service was also a little patronizing but attentive to a fault. Overall location is similar to many others in the area, good food or good service, for the area this place offers decent food. Enough to satisfy a craving and, thanks to limited ethnic food options, enough for a repeat visit.

Food was good and the service was good. The AC was out when we went. That's the only reason for 4 stars. I know its something that they couldn't help but it made the dining experience uncomfortable and that is what I am rating. I got the team in the kitchen to do chicken and beef for my meal. It was amazing and a lot of food as well. The portion sizes were good for the price.
