Pasta was overcooked and bourbon street steak and shrimp was super greasy, our sever only talked to my boyfriend and acknowledged him. the service was awful we came in at 8 and everyone was acting like it was closing time but they don't close until 12? very bad environment on top everything else anyways live love laugh guys

Wife and I stopped for dinner. Looking forward to seeing the new remodel, I ordered baby back ribs, she ordered sliced prime rib sandwich. Pretty common items to order, right ? The ribs were so over cooked I barely insert fork and could not cut with a steak knife. Asked server for a sharper knife and was told there was nothing sharper. Wife's prime rib was so badly burned that it actually crunched when she bit into it. Sounded like she was eating popcorn. When we pointed out these problems, the server's response was that the kitchen staff was somewhat new and were still learning. No apology, no offer to replace and no compensation. Avoid this restaurant. I know we will never return.

Wow, we sat at the bar. Our bartender was our waitress. There were a few servers hanging at the end of the bar while our beer was empty. But FB apparently there was a new cook in the back.... because the end of my chicken was too hard. Thinking microwave.

JOSIE WAS SO RUDE!!! i came with my friend she was so rude to us and the people in front of us! she kept giving my friend the dirtiest look and showed no sign of great customer service. if this girl is gonna be the first face customers see when they walk in, the manager needs some work to do. food was very cold and there was more than one strand of hair in my wings never coming back
